I too, have been helped by a very simple guided meditation exercise ( it’s in Spanish, otherwise I’d share it with you). I went through quite bad dizziness and anxiety, still do to some extent, but have found calm and looking inward to be a great help. 
My results have come back negative, so miracles are possible, keep the faith and stay strong. 

Oh, that's really good to hear.  Yes, meditation really works and allows the brain to put things in order.  I find when I'm anxious everything gets jumbled up and I can't rationalise properly while my thoughts are racing at the speed of knots.  So, yes I can't say enough about how much this helps.  

It's great your results came back negative.  People like us who keep an eye on our health, attend tests promptly are more likely to not miss much.  But hey, we know our bodies, we know in our heart of hearts we're ok, scans have showed nothing obvious so our brain needs to communicate all is well with our body.  And yes, keep the faith and stay strong xx

Happy for you that results are negative.I have also found meditation and mindfulness really useful in the past , must get back in to it .

Well good news- sort of! My appointment went pretty much as I was expecting. The biopsy shows early cancer in the lining of the womb. However, it is not an aggressive type and has been caught very early as I presented quickly to the GP with my symptoms and because the NHS fast track cancer pathway is absolutely fantastic. The MRI shows my pelvis,muscle and lymph nodes are all clear. Hysterectomy (keyhole) is booked for Monday 19th August.

That's great that it's been caught so early , bet that's a relief !
