About Scarycat59

I'm 59, started Menopause around 48...started with synthetic continuous HRT had light shows each month.  2019 went onto Body Identical HRT, oestrogel 3 pumps and Utrogestan 100mg. Was taking testosterone but ran out, waiting for review with GP to ask for more.  Oestrogel increased over the years as high as 5 pumps...now using Everol 100 patches changed twice per week and 2 utrogestan each night.  Spotting after 1 month of change to patches and increased utrogestan June 2024 recommended by GP.  Now waiting for another Ultrasound NHS or Private...last one in November 2023 was normal.  I suffer with health anxiety, meditation has helped me.  All antidepressants gave me side effects and made me feel like a Zombie!
