I'm still here! So many years after my metastatic diagnosis.

Just catching up - it's been a while.

Hello everyone, and hoping for the very best of health and happiness for you in 2025.

And wishing you all the very best for 2026!

Thank you to the friends I've met on here, and hoping to encourage anyone living with metastatic cancer, people like myself with difficult diagnoses. I'm still living with my Stage 4 cancer. But still looking after my grandchildren. Still enjoying life. Yes, I get tired, but wow what a wonderful life it is!

Hoping for your best outcome

  • Im in your boat to, two and a half years post diagnosis,  stage 4 breast cancer wiith secondary bone cancer, in most of my spine, skull and pelvic  bones.  On triple therapy, and doing fine.  My only severe issue is my hip bone (top of femur/thigh bone is crumbling, and  repaiing that (hip replacement) is something I dont think Im up to. Its depressing that Im coping and doing pretty well with the cancer treatment, but the impact of the drugs has made my bones so weak a really painful hip can't  be fixed.
