About mare

I'm Mary: a retired teacher, mother, grandmother and cancer warrior. Since my diagnosis of metastatic breast cancer nearly fourteen years ago I have been determined to try to halt the progress of my disease with lifestyle changes alongside my medical treatment. So many friends have asked me how I am doing this that I have made a web site of my own to explain. The website describes my strategy, and contains links to books that have helped me. And I don't have any proof that it works. And it doesn't matter what it is that's working even if it's just the placebo effect! But I'm not dead yet! If you would like to know more about my story or my web site please message me privately :) I am always happy to chat. I will never give advice but really happy to share with you the things I do to try to stay healthy. And... so far so good :)
