Hi, I have always had a mole in my head but a few years ago when I shaved my head it seemed to have grown. I went to the Drs and he advised to get it checked. I did, and had a biopsy taken, the results were negative. I shaved my head again last month and it had grown substantially, changed shape and colour. I went to the Drs this week and they said they would put an urgent request in for it be checked. She thinks part of it is a basal cell carcinoma which apparently is not fatal or that dangerous, but she is concerned about another part incase it is a melanoma. My appointment to get seen at my local hospital is a week in Wednesday. Just thought I would throw it out there, not sure if anyone has had a case like mine. Thanks for reading.
