Hi :)
I've recently been diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma and I recently found out it's stage 2, however they mentioned I could possibly be stage 4 as the first radiologist who looked at my PET-scan results said it looked to be in my bone marrow, but that's getting checked over.
I'm starting ABVD chemotherapy on Thursday and i'm a little nervous, I'm 19 years old and I haven't had anybody in my family who's experienced this before so I'm not sure who to ask. How do I prepare for my first session? I wasn't told whether or not I could eat before hand but I know i'm going to be really hungry haha, and I'm not sure whether or not to bring a small blanket as I've heard from family of friends that the treatment rooms are quite cold.
Any advice? x
