I'm sorry to hear about your recent diagnosis of tonsil cancer. It's understandable that you may be feeling a rollercoaster of emotions after hearing this news and undoubtedly you will have some questions.

I live in my life now I would not heard of tonsil cancer until I got diagnosed a question for you to ask your consultant is are you HPV positive, it makes a difference to the The treatment HPV driven tumours do respond extremely well to treatment. We have a very good success. Rate treatment is brutal. I can’t lie. I was 61 when diagnosed and if I can do it anyone can. Thys is my blog it may help you. Hi Sorry I made a typo. HPV driven tumours respond very very well to treatment. I was HPV 16+ so it’s not a bad thing. It is a good thing they do respond to treatment as I’ve just said sorry about the earlier typo, I couldn’t correct it. It’s got an auto correct on it nowadays if you want any more info just send me a message. Don’t be afraid treatments hard, but if I can do it anyone can and we have with HPV and 93% complete response rate. hugs Hszel dx
