My operation is called Resection retroperitoneal sarcoma left nephrectomy left hemicolectomy splenectomy? Distal pancreatectomy.
I had an email from the sarcoma specialist nurse, who is a lovely lady, and I had a lovely telephone conversation with her too.
Her email said:
"I now have the report of your CT scan, and this shows no evidence of any new cancer and no sign of recurrence. There are some tiny nodules in the lungs which are unchanged since the last scan and therefore thought not likely to be malignant, although we will be keeping an eye on them."

Very encouraging news. No signs of reoccurance or new cancer - I'm so pleased you get to read those words, I immediately rushed downstairs to tell my fiancé when I saw your update.
It is reassuring they will keep an eye on those lungs, but certainly take comfort knowing they are tiny and unchanging.
I hope your recovery continues to progress and you go from strength to strength going forward
