HimAsh Inwas T2N2NM the t refers to tumour size mine was 2 nm refers to lymph nodes  I had 2 ,nm no mestatis. 
Was h p v mentioned. It's a scary time but keep in head oral cancer are eminently curable .Treatments hard inwas 61 when diagnosed and 4 years later I'm still her happily living my life. I ahead biosy then 35 radiotherapy sessions and 2 chemo ..The waiting's the worst part once treatment starts every thing falls into place
