Hello there, sorry to hear your feeling low, it will get better, i felt just the same.

I had a Mastectomy in March last year followed by 18 wks of chemo and then 5 wks of radio

I found it very hard to cope and was really angry that it had happened to me.

I still have days where i feel really low and  think  pull  yourshelf together and  think what a wonderful family and friends i have.

thank you for the encouragement. im ok just wish the pains would go away. my mind is fine really, with help of anti depressants! i can push scarry thoughts out my mind n keep the more possitive ones most of the time. luckily i didnt have the anger part, it was like i excepted it but still got fed up with it! just want to do the most i can over the next 10 years just incase. hope you continue on healthy n happy path. good luck to you n hope to speak again.
