hi im 36 mother of 3 n diagnosed dec 23. ive had 2 ops n 5 of 6 chemo n finding it very hard at mo. feel so peed off n cant get rid of that feeling. would love to chat. x
just finished my chemotherapy and am on week two of a four week course of radiotherapy. There is light at the end of the tunnel. I didnt have a very good time during chemo but was very lucky to have supportive family and friends who i could talk to but they didn't have cancer and so couldn't fully comprehend what I was going through, that's why these chat pages are so good, everyone understands what we're experiencing. Cancer is like being on a roller coaster one day you're ok coping well, the next in the pit of dispair. Keep talking about it to anyone who'll listen, bottleing things up will only make it worst, cry when you need to but remember to laugh and be happy on your good days. im so glad treatment has finished for me. although the other day we went for a dog walk n i struggled a bit. couldnt get out of bed the next day! cant wait to feel good again, run around after the little one n be a proper mum. all in good time. good luck with the last of your treatment.
