Feeling lonely

Hello. I have never been on this site before. I have breast cancer 3rd time. Its treatable but not curable. I live alone in North London and feel very alone. Since my diagnosis last October, life is just pills and hospital visits. The medication has made me unwell. I'm very anxious right now as this week they ate trying a new one on me. I was so unwell on the last meds, I'm dreading the effects again.

I'm sure we can be of comfort to each other.

                Kind regards

  • Hello there,

    And hello Billy and all.

Sorry it's taken so long to reply. But here now. And thank you Billy for linking me in.

"Treatable but not curable" is a difficult journey isn't it? And pretty lonely. I agree.

There are so many people on this site who are able to understand how lonely it is. You are not alone.

On the positive side, I have made some really good friends on here who are going through similar troubles and I feel more reassured and able to face things nowadays.

If you send me a friend request I will always answer.
