Hi Bracey,   welcome, I have been on slow release hormones for nearly two years now, and oral hormone for 8 months.

As Eddie recommends exercise and stay active. I have a physical outdoor job and would love to be able to sit down and sleep but I can't.

Being active is the best thing to do no matter how difficult.

I try to keep as active as possible,but can't do as much as I used to,but as they say every little helps.

I have broken sleep too,night sweats and obviously up for the loo.

Finding the sweats really annoying!
