I'm starring chemo next week and I'm very nervous especially about feeling and being sick. Will I feel nausea all the time. I'm thinking about taking Complan so that I don't have to cook food.
The run up to starting treatment is an anxious time. You may or may not get nausea everyone reacts differently. You will be given tablets to help if you do. Try to eat healthy home cooked meals, if the thought or smell of food cooking puts you off. See if someone else will do it for you failing that there are some good home meals services available and of course ping meals. Try not to rely on complan or nutritional supplements. Hi Matilda, like Farmer Ed says please eat normal home cooked food, don't rely on complan. Good luck for next week. I did not feel nauseous much when I had chemo. Take the anti nausea tablets even if you don't feel sick.
