Ive gone back and forth on whether i need to see my gp, ive had a few skin infections on both breasts over the past 7years results always in open sores with lots of pain and soreness now have some nasty scarring.. More recently during the past week, i came across an item on a nurse getting diagnosed with I B C , and her struggles in getting that diagnosis, when i realised that id been having pains in my left breast from the bottom st the side running up into my underarm along with days when my nipples are very sore. I should say im 53yrs old and on HRT since 2018. I have some skin changes as well but not as red or inflammed looking as described by some, years ago i was told by the breast care nurses at my local hospital ive got lumpy breast syndrome. so i dont do checks as it freaks me out. I showed my hubby the images i found on google as he is not someone to just go with what i think.. he thought i have some orange peel , like large pores  and the left breast feells somewhat firmer than the right , Finally alot of the skin colour change with a slight rash is on the underside of both breasts?  I have what is skin thickening at the side of my underarm. my bra size is a GH cup if this will help. any advice greatly appreciated.
