I had a lumpectomy on a grade 2 invasive ductal carcinoma on jan 3 rd 2019 . Told today they have clear margins ( yippee) now another wait to see oncologist for next step.....boxing gloves firmly on and ready.....told today that I will need chemotherapy.....now that sucks!
This time last year I was about to embark on chemotherapy, today I had the all clear! What a difference a year makes.....
