I think a lot depends on age with this ... but treatments have come on over the years ... so just know your not alone ... you'll always have a hand to hold along the way ... have you got a treatment plan in place yet .. l know it's a really scary time ... but try to take one day at a time ... and just sending a vertual hug to you ... Hi, I have just joined here... my father was diagnosed this month with AML, his treatment is vidaza. What should I know apart of the vidaza leaflet? Which is not optimistic at all. Is anyone here who had this treatment and is alive more than... than it is mentioned everywhere?
