At first I thought it was an issue with my kidney... it was a continuous dull ache, since Xmas. I had bloods and a urine sample and it all came back fine apart from having low folate. The ache stayed, it gets worse as the day goes on.

now I'm sure I can feel a hard lump on the bottom of my right rib.. it's almost bruise like to touch and the ache is still there? 

My pain also gets worse as the day goes on, espeically at night! How big would you say your lump is? Mine is maybe about a 1cm circle it feels like?

I would say mine may be slightly bigger but not by much. Have you been to your GP? 

I did, he seemed to think it was my spleen, that it was enlarged, but now that I think back to it, I don't think I got him to feel the right area, he felt more to the left of where mine is! Is yours hard like bone as well? Mine feels like it could quite honestly be bone attatched to my ribs!

Hey, I have the exact same thing. I'm not so worried about the lump as it's not growing but will get it check although. Although after urinating, I have pain just be my abs but to the right. I was given antibiotics that helped for a couple months but now it's back and even more painful. What happen with you? And was it after urinating? 

that's odd you mentioned lump and folic acid. i've just noticed a hard round lump below my right rib cage and i have been taking loads of supplements following a blood test 8weeks ago saying i had low folic acid, low b12 and vit d deficiency 

I've been experiencing the exact same thing, I have not seen a doctor.

I have a completely painless lump possibly attached to bottom left rib - tight towards the side of my body. Did anyone get any feedback on what their lumps were?
