Yeah mine is just infront of the ear lobe above the jawline and only seems to pop out when I open my mouth, the dr examined it and sent me for bloods and an ultrasound, bloods came back clear and the ultrasound shown lymph nodes in my parotid gland but the dr wasn't worried. He has referred me back in 3 months to make sure they haven't gotten any bigger in size.

I had a similar lump in front of my ear , between my top and bottom jaw just on the right side. It was the size of a baked bean I would say ! I only happened to notice it when I put my hand on my head to rest it , so don't know how long it had been there! Was going to go to the doctors if it hadn't gone within 2 weeks. Kept checking it every couple of days , and it gradually went dpwn and went. Can only think it may have been the lymph node swollen maybe due to an infection, I didn't have anything major , but remember having a few spots in that area that were quite sore a couple of weeks before hand . I would say if it hasn't gone down within a couple of weeks definitely see the doctor to get it checked .

A few days ago I found a pea sized lump right at the tip of my ear lobe where it connects to the jaw line. It doesn't hurt but I've been poking it so much that it does feel tender now. I googled "pea size lump near ear" and this chat came at the top of search. Now I'm thinking if I should message my GP and see what they think.

Hi in reponse to all  the above ... I have just found a lump in front of my ear right on my cheek jaw line it moves with my jaw bone it doesn't hurt & I wouldn't of noticed it.. has anyone had blocked ear ? I have a blocked ear with no wax  & hearing loss ..I had my hearing test it was Amber been referred back....I am concerned so wanted to ask if anyone's ear  & hearing  was effected by the lump ? 

Hi I have had pain in ear and jaw and thought it was caused by bad tooth so dentist pulled tooth out (I have got to loose my top teeth on right side because they're broken and irreparable and because if dentists been closed for a bloody year due to covid I have been suffering and now will loose these teeth if it hadn't been for covid I could have got them filled and saved!!  
 

well the pain got worse after tooth one extraction and then I had shingles again because I suffer with reocurring facial shingles and there are unbearably painful. This time though I have just  found a lump infront my ear on my face near jaw and earlobe. It's painful it moves when I touch it, and I have a constant pinching feeling like somethings wrong with back of inside mouth. It hurts to open mouth and I have ear pain and Tinitus.  I don't know if the shingles have caused a gland to come up or if this is a Lipoma due to trauma caused by shingles on face and eye or trauma due to tooth extraction!  
I have never had pain like this after shingles or before shingles appear! The shingles have healed I'm just left with a pink scar and dry skin but I wonder if infection caused saliva gland to swell. I was on a lot of tablets to heal shingles so I'm sure they should have stopped glands swelling?  Any idea if this could be a Lipoma or is it Glands swollen because of shingle infection?!! 
 

I do suffer with lipomas I have had one removed from my back with grew to 10x14cm over two years of waiting for the op!!! I pray this isn't a lipoma as with covid it will grow and grow so much I'll be in constant agony like I am now waiting because of bloody covid stopping operations .   Any advice would be welcome thank you x
