I suggest you get back to your doctor, say you've counted the spots, and there are more than 15.

My wife has many more than 15, but she's had the blood tests and she's fine.

I've had blood test done 2 months ago (I had the spots then ) and they came back fine. 

Also I've had them all my life. I have a dermatology appointment for a mole in a few months. Should i bring it up then?

Personally, I would see if I could get a phone call with the GP first.  I think that will get you quicker reassurance.  If the GP thinks it's necessary to have more blood tests then you'll get them done long before you see the dermatologist.

You could definitely mention it to the dermatologist, but I'm not sure that a skin specialist would be able to help with what might be a blood clotting problem.

So i also am very worried about my spots under the skin, they appeared only 3 days ago first starting on my lower hip but have now spread down to my thigh, i'm only 16 so it's worrying me a lot.

Ive been having troubles with my skin recently i had pityriasis rosea on my upper body but that's seem to dissapear slightly i'm just wondering if that may be linked to the spots on my leg.

I don't know what i can do, i might ring my GP again but I don't know if it is likely to go on it's own or i need to get some tests?

I also read up about petechiae but i have no other symptoms so i'm wondering if it's just nothung but can't be too sure.

any advice?

I have this on my inner arms mainly so scared when I google Leukemia comes up x

Hi Bulldog.

DON'T Google your symptoms!  You could Google a head cold and it will tell you you've got cancer!  

If you haven't already seen your GP then you should do so, but remember that there are many causes for petechiae, and cancer isn't the most likely.
