Please go to the doctors. I had a post menopause bleed after 11 months I have pre cancerous cells. My bleed was bright red and for 5 days. Be brave and come on here or ring the nurses I did. The waiting for results is the worst. Please do not be alone. We are all here for you xxxx

• Cat - cat what has happened to me has really put things into perspective that work isn't the be all and end all of life. I'm so pleased I survived the operation everything else is a bonus. I've been watching Netflix, reading, pottering around to keep moving. I'm tempted to go for a short walk tomorrow. Fingers crossed it continues. I'm so pleased things are moving forward for you xxxx

Maebelle you're going to be ok. See all the investigations as a step by step process. Believe me the more you go through the better you feel in getting to the end goal... Knowing!! If I lived by you I would have gone with you x They can't tell you anything from the biospy, but from the ultrasound they will tell you if they see thickness, fibroids, cysts etc. The biospy will take time to come back. Hopefully, the ultrasound may give you a little re assurance. Chin up Maebelle xxxx

Maebelle I had local anesthetic when I had my procedure. It is an awful cramping pain, but it doesn't last long. They recommend taking paracetamol before hand. X

I hope you have lots to distract you until Weds . It is hard , but so many women such as Dollysocks and others have already gone through further steps and have managed well . All these various steps aren’t pleasant and are nerve wracking for us , but I do think we need to take comfort from the fact that we are receiving relatively quick scans , treatments etc . This is a good place to post your concerns and worries as we are going through / have gone through similar worries . xxx

Thank you Cat-Cat - I was intending to go for a walk but I really struggle in hot weather so wimped out!  I’ve been doing a spot of housework and reading and I’m now going to settle down with a Joan Hickson Miss Marple.  My attention span is shocking at the moment so I can’t follow anything too complicated and I find these very soothing.  I’ve also tried to stay away from social media as their algorithms play havoc on my health anxiety.  I hope you have been able to distract yourself and have a good weekend? xx
