Hi how are you? My daughter got the call today we were dreading, she has stage2 colorectal cancer, appt with the oncologist on Saturday to discuss the next steps xx

Hi oh no I'm so sorry to hear that , how has she taken the news ? And yourself? I'm literally just sat reading the chemo plan again , hopefully it's localised for your daughter like mine , not spread anywhere . At least not a long wait to discuss it and get a plan in place , same again it's so weird for me saying to myself I've got cancer when there's nothing wrong with me ! Sending lots of love xx

Hi to everyone here. Been helpful to read your experiences and I wish you all strength and healing. I believe I have symptoms of colon cancer, GP has done bloods, calprotectin and h pylori tests (all negative) and hopefully getting fit test result on Monday at GP appointment. I haven't been referred yet but think I should have been with 4 weeks of abdominal pain, constipation, sciatica backache and months of fatigue. 

The waiting is awful. 

Keep pushing your GP for a referral, my daughter has had symptoms for a very long time, her GP surgery did nothing.  Things could have been very different for her.  Hope things go ok for you.

Hello yesterday was just another MRI, I got it wrong so will be next week she gets the treatment plan.  My daughter has been to A&E this weekend as she has been losing quite a bit of blood.  She is going to call her consultant in the morning ask to see him, she is suffering so much.  How are you? Xx

Oh right bless her it's so worrying , I'm fine had a nice wkend away , as the week goes on il be getting anxious I go weds for bloods then Fri for first chemo ! Still dosent seen real , hope your daughter gets her plan soon xx

Yes me to, I hope thd chemo is ok for yiu.  I think it’s likely she will need chemo x
