Hi,  I hope having a stoma fitted will help the symptoms Beth is having. I had a traumatic tme which I am still recovering from. On January 16th I was due to have my third chemotherapy but it was cancelled because of constipation. It was being caused by the tumour blocking my bowel. They attempted to put a stent onto the tumour but 3-4 hours later I was screaming in pain and had a peri arrest and thought I was dying. The stent perforated my bowel and ruptured the tumour. I was told that it was unlikely I would survive. I had my large bowel completely removed and had to have a stoma. I really didn't want it but in reality it has saved my life. Has Beth finished her chemotherapy? Sending hugs and thinking of Beth today. Xx

Sorry to hear this must have been so scary.  No she has 3 to go.  Not sure how long she will need to recover before she can have more chemo x

Beth is in recovery, in a lot of pain.  Operation went well x
