Ovarian cancer

Hi 

I'm 67 ... I've post menopausal.I had hysterectomy 

24yrs ago .. however one ovary was not removed 

gynaecologist said it was to help with the menopause.

persobaly I would of rather if had it removed !

well I've been having terrible lower back pain

bloating , IBS symptoms dreadful . Pain in my groin 

is so sharp I can't sit or drive ..,

nothing helps it !

I had a MRI of my lower back just last week 

Resulting in an accidental finding of A 

5cm swelling of my left ovary .... the one and only he left !!

ibe been referred for scan and had a CA125 taken

awaiting the result .

im

so anxious I've not slept ..  crying most of the time 

I've a Son with special needs .. I need to be fit to care for him .

please help me 

I'm convinced I've ovarian cancer .. 

with all the symptoms and the finding on the lower back MRI

    Hi Rosie    l had complex ovarian cysts removed just before Christmas l am over 65 and they were found unexpectedly during a colonoscopy l had left sided abdominal pain. They were 6 cm and 4 cm l saw gynaecology oncology ect had ultrasounds MRI scan and had surgery 8 weeks later. They took over 4 hours removing extensive adhesions it took me a while to get back to normal but the multiple biopsies were benign  

    l hope you have a similar outcome try to relax not easy , l know take care

    I'm at my wits end ... 

    im having terrible pain on my right side & back pain 

    Along with the sharp pain is terrible .

    im confused as to why I'm having pain on my right 

    side .. when this 5cm cystic swelling is on my left ovary !

    im having terrible digestive problems and bowel problems 

    my stomach at the moment feels it's going to burst 

    and urinary incontient 

    My symptoms have been going on a long time 

    but doctors said I had IBS plus wear and tear on my SI joints 

    I'm not good at all ..  crying soo much and thinking what can I do
