I have recovered from IDC stage 2 breast cancer

i had a lumpectomy followed by radiation therapy and tablets for ten years I was diagnosed October 2019 I was  very shocked when I had a mammogram recall and biopsy to confirm the diagnosis thankfully i didn't need  chemo based on the oncotype test results so life is good nowadays the tablets letrozole I find tolerable with minimal side effects it's been a rollercoaster that I'm just now finding my feet in life again .

Hi I'm finding the side effects minimal and manageable like joint and muscle aches but nothing that's stopping me from doing daily activities I'm actually more fitter now than I was before I think it's all the extra supplements I'm taking aswell to support the bones and muscle everyone is different and others may not be able to tolerate the tablets but there is options to change onto different ones until you find one that suits .

Hi what supplements are you taking please. I'm awaiting results after lumpectomy and will definitely be going on hormone tablets but not sure which one yet.
