Hi poppyeastham, if you haven't had any scans yet specialist can't know for sure and thares still options for treatment. Hopefully [@woodworm], or [@telemando] will pop on soon to help not trying to scare you but my psa was 1581 when diagnosed in Feb 2016 I'm still here and feeling fine..
