Morning feeling mixed up since diagnosis of melanoma

Here for support from others going through the same thing as feel very lonely and upset . People say family and friends are a help I just seem forgotten and hardly hear from anyone starting to think maybe aren’t friends . Been diagnosed with melanoma 4.1 mm having a wide local excision on Wednesday and been waiting 3 weeks for ct scan results . Having issues walking under investigation , basically sitting in home with my thoughts and lack of sleep .Want to be positive but really is hard , seeing friends and family on social media seems like life goes on feel insignificant .

  • Hello please don't be disheartened.. Tho I know how you feel, most of the time it's where people dot know what to say.. By no means that doesn't make it any easier.. Please try and stay positive, keep yourself occupied invite your friends round its very easy to sit around as it's your routines that have changed.. Th not to dwell on appointments, maybe it's me but I always see them as a day out lol, cup of coffee teacake Get dressed up..

  • I know just having a bad day , think as you say daily routine upside down as not at work , ͏m͏y twin daughters moved out 3 weeks ago and hubby working hard due to loss in wage . My mum has had breast cancer and thyroid problem ,is getting on and feel as though she is struggling with the news . Have always been a strong person and do anything for anyone so hard trying to focus on Wednesday and results hoping for good news . Thank you for your kind words x
