Hi Im the same but told I will have 3 weeks of radiation treatment after but I have it in 2 of my Iymph nodes so perhaps thats the differance but Im worried sick

Radiotherapy won’t start until you have healed. Usually takes a week or so so from the ct tom appointment to radiotherapy actually starting. 

Testing nodes is standard practice with a lumpectomy. So most will have it done.

Sorry to cast a dark shadow, but what I’ve learned from all my treatment, is to take one day at a time, things change. What you’ve been told was the initial diagnosis for me, then I had to have a 2nd surgery, then they discovered that it was stage 3, so chemo was suggested... then I had a new test and found out that I only needed radiotherapy...  

i suggest that you relax and wait for a final report, before worrying about it! 

The only thing you need to know is, you will be ok... :)
