Hi Ann, 

I know you mentioned you're a bit confused about what has happened so I just wanted to stop by and give you our cancer nurses telephone number so you can have a chat with them about this next week. Their freephone number is 0808 800 4040 and are available Monday - Friday between 9a.m - 5p.m so do give them a call when you can as they will hopefully be able to give you some insight.

Do also chat to your medical team about this again if you can so you can get clarification on what they said. As they have access to your medical history they will be in the best position to clear this up for you.

I hope your surgery goes well when the time comes Ann and that you're able to get the answers you are seeking.
