Hi Rosiecat.  I am sorry to hear about your diagnosis.  I don't have the same cancer as you but I do have stage 4 secondary breast cancer with mets in all of my bones including pelvis, spine , ribs and skull.  When I went to see the oncologist he asked me what I understood about my cancer.  I said I know it is terminal and he said it is not terminal.  It is not curable but it is treatable.  I was 47 first time I had cancer at 47 and then was diagnosed last year with secondary cancer at 59.  So many people are living with cancer these days and with all the new drugs, medication and trials coming out, there is a lot of hope for us.  It is frightening in the beginning but it does get easier.  There is a forum on Macmillan for womb cancer and there are ladies on there with endometrial cancer which might be helpful for you.  Good luck with your treatment next week.  Sending you hugs.

Many thanks Lee this feels overwhelming at the moment do you have hospice or ongoing cancer care support in the community my GP has told me there is nothing available except elderly dementia care

Hi - I’m so sorry to read your post - I have stage 4 endometrial cancer - and told not curable but treatable - I completed aggressive chemo in July and now have immunotherapy alone every 6 weeks
