Hi Alex So sorry to hear your post . Please consider ringing Maggie’s . You can either make an appointment to go in or just chat to someone over the phone .All of the cancer helplines will have someone that you will be able to talk to. Please don’t try to deal with this on your own , talking to someone and having a good cry can help a little . Sending a hug xx
