Lobular carcinoma grade 2 15mm

On Friday I was diagnosed with breast cancer also in my right arm pit. These next two weeks are making me go mad the the wait for more tests :(. So emotional can’t stop crying thinking I’m not gonna make it through this. Cant sleep or take my mind off it. It’s only been 4 days since diagnosed but just got sent away and not heard from anyone. They say the two week wait is hard. It sure is. I suffer with anxiety and panic disorder and this had made it 10 times worse. Just always thinking the worst. Does it get easier?

  • Hi there , so sorry to hear your diagnosis . Yes it is hard to take it all in. I kept getting waves of panic with stomach churning. I would like to make some suggestions if I may. Firstly give Maggie’s a call . They are a charity usually attached to a hospital . You can either ring them to have a chat or make an appointment to go in to talk to someone . Try to go out every day for a walk, coffee . The charities all have helplines so you call them as well. Sending you a hug x
