Like you i have just been diagnosed and have my operation booked for 5 January.

One thing i have found that helps me is I have bought a notebook and record exactly how I feel.  The book is for me and me alone so it doesn't matter if I write down negative things about what is happening or some of the unthinking things people say.  Not saying it will work for everyone but it seems to be working for me.

Like others, I just want Christmas over, but I have grandchildren that need to see me enjoying time with them.  I will put on the brave face and maybe cry when I get home.

Hi i am having a MRI breast scan tmrw i am so anxious at the thought i get results on the 30th so my treatment can be sorted, it was mentioned probably chemo then surgery ...i wouldn't wish this situation on my worst enemy but got to keep smiling and think positive xxxx

I have just had the breast MRI scan and it was better than expected fingers crossed it hasn't shown more problems up so after mammograms ultrasounds and MRI scan surely i can get a treatment plan next week xx
