How do you move on? Breast cancer

It's been almost a month since I finished active treatment for breast cancer. Because of the type of cancer it was, I won't be on any tablets or anything, so other than a check up in a few months im pretty much finished with it all. 
 

im only 23 and have no idea how to move on from everything I've been through, please help!!

    Take one day at a time. You are young and alive my friend always said to me onwards and upwards she passed away a few years ago she had ovarian cancer which came back. Be kind to yourself you've gone through one of the worst ordeals of your life. But you are still here smiling living and make sure you do live and do it without regrets.all the best xx
