I am coming up to my 10 years from first diagnosis. It’ll be 5 yrs post second diagnosis. I’ve had all the symptoms mentioned here for those who have come off tamoxifen. I do often wonder if there is any benefit to me being on it this long. But having brain fog, feeling flu like  nausea and exhaustion are all part of my life on tamoxifen with rib pain and sometimes diarrhea included - so guess there would be no difference! This is awful to read how you all are feeling coming off tamoxifen. I honestly had thought it all gets better.
