Hi lillyange, are you getting more stressed as you go further on with the treatment, I'm surprised because you're getting to the end and the relief of getting it out of the way. On one of the other strings you said you've got help but they don't seem to be doing anything. You can get some meds just to relax you slightly, just to help make things easier quite a few on here have had same problem. If you have a look on forum to see if you can find anyone with same problem you have, or extend your string and put your problem on then your more likely to have more people to chat with. Thank you Billy for replying, yes I seem to be getting worse as treatment Gos on, I try tell myself, well that's another one done and dusted, 2nd chemo knocked me back energy wise for about a week,

I'm so so tired Of The constant Fear and panic Attacks,My Best Friend Comes to sit with me Every evening for a few hours,and I live for that, I'm constantly worried that she won't or can't come visit,which is very selfish of me and I know this,she has her own family and life,I feel so lost on my own,Simply not Copingnat all,x

I'm the same. The evenings I get mass panic about dying. I am the same as you that sleep is the only refuge. I fainted at hospital today. I got so stressed I just went down. They  sorted me out for my MRI. I'm panicking all the time and feel like every twinge is cancer on my body. Nightmare. Xx

I feel the same and have done since my diagnosis. My life was great and this has ruined it for now. I'm convinced I'm going to die soon and panic about everything that I feel in my body. I have friends who come round too. Being alone is awful. I'm awake alot so you can message me. What's your diagnosis? Xxxx julie

I'm so sorry about this Charlie bucket guru know how that feels,I took one at home last Tuesday,I got line and needles in every inch of my body,it was the scariest thing ever,ambulance men came out and checked me over,seemily it was one of the more extreme panic Attacks you can get,I pray it never happens again,but I got medication if it does and will work in 5 minutes,so yes I'm managing the chemo ok,trusting in my medical team and care 100/00, if I could get hold of my mental health I'd be a new person,il be thinking of you Hun,keep your faith and try keep your chin up,xx

Hi Julie Hun,I have lung cancer,they are hitting me with 2 different chemotherapy's,I'm coping with more that tired but not sick Thank God,it's my mental health that's taking the worst of it but I'm seeing a counselor and he's 7 years in remission,so it helps to know that he knows what I'm going through,

And he said he was the same and every person he deals with it Gos through it,it's like great,so many stages,shock,crying,angry ect ect,stay strong girl,I'm trying my best to do something small every day,my prayers are with you,xx

It's so hard to try be positive all the time,I went out and got some shopping today and payed some bills,

Was a big achievement for me, all we can do is Manage to try do change a little every day,my faith helps me a lot,my thoughts and prayers are with you to help you get stronger,for us all,as you get further into this you will relax a bit more as you'll know exactly what's going on and Oncology are very very good,love Ange,xx
