Had radiotherapy a year ago and in remission. I’m going to Africa in January. Do I need to declare if I’m in remission and on no treatment.?

I would definately declare it to be on the same side. I had breast cancer 12 years ago and we tried to claim this year on our travel insurance but it was breast cancer related they would not pay out.
