My sister in law has been told her cancer has spresd so she is now terminal she has had her first chemo to help prolong her life but she is really struggling as cant eat, feels ill all the time and her hair is falling out so she is saying she doesn't want to continue with treatment. We are struggling to keep her positive as she is only 42 and has a 2 year old granddaughter so we want to try and support her the best we can but are struggling.
