I'm a 36 years old I work as a Nanny looking after 2 children and come from a very close family we all moved out of London 17 years ago. My Nan died of lung cancer in October 2004 and as a family we cared for her at home until the very end and lost my grandad to bladder and rectal cancer in October 2015 who we also cared for in his home until he died. Now my sister in law who is 42 has been told her cervical cancer has spread to her stomach, chest and neck and given a terminal diagnosis so has just started chemo to help prolong her life.
