  • Happy birthday for tomorrow, make it a good one !!!!

I think creams are ok,waxing may be a bit iffy because it could leave the area sore and open to infection which is why you shouldnt shave in case you nick the skin and the infection could set up lymphodema.Electric razors are Ok though.

Hope you have a lovely time.

    Rose xxxx

  • dear patrica

i cant believe it. it is such awful news. its the worst when a child has this horrible disease. i really dont know what to say to you. wish so much i could help you. i replied to you just the other day n thought i'd check. wasnt expecting anything like this. my thoughts are with you n your family. sending you lots of love n strength n hope radio does its best for her. good luck for next week xxxxxxxx

  • Patricia darling

You must be devasted, as must be your son and his wife

The only advice I can offer is... love her a little more each day.... make the most of every second with her..... and take hundreds of photo's and make amazing memories..... You never know what miracle is around the corner.

We are all here for you honey... when ever you need us

You and yours are in my heart and in my prayers.

    Love always

    Caz xxxxxxxx

  • Sorry guys.... I forgot

It's not cancer come back..... apparently it's something called Narcrosis

I didn't really listen after they said it definitely isn't cancer

I have to go back in 3 weeks for a biopsy (if it hasn't dispersed naturally)

    Just to make sure

  • Hi Rose, I suffer badly from chemo brain lol, think its cause im not back at work. Caz great news, onwards and upwards. Hope you are all good today. lots of love especially to you patricia xx

  • Hi Patrricia,

a huge hug for you and your family. I don't think I can say much more than anyone else here because there are no words that can make you feel better. We are all thinking of you and has been said so many times before, we are here for you rant rave cry and scream with.

caz, I am so glad you are able to breath easier after your scare.

I suffer with chemo brain too girls, and i am sure it shows sometimes in my messages.  I have no eyelashes on one eye now and will have to try the false later. i am dreading the application process with shaking hands but if it is a disaster, i promise to send you some funny pics.  not feeling too bad after chemo yesterday, funny how we react so differently to it.

My love to you all, there seems to be such a mixture of emotions on here this time that i have come to say hi. The ups and downs of life certainly like to hit us lot here. At least we have each other, and as always when I come to catch up on the news, the depth of peoples warmth and compassion never ceases to amaze me, and neither does the strength, courage and bravery to carry on regardless whilst still sharing and helping others.
