Hi Patricia I have just come on totalk about the week I'v had but its nothing compared to what yoiu must be going through at the moment. All I can offer you is my thoughts and prayers and like everyone try to take one day at a time and lookafter yourself as much as you can because knowing the sort of person you seem to be you will want to be there for your family. I think creams are ok,waxing may be a bit iffy because it could leave the area sore and open to infection which is why you shouldnt shave in case you nick the skin and the infection could set up lymphodema.Electric razors are Ok though.

The only advice I can offer is... love her a little more each day.... make the most of every second with her..... and take hundreds of photo's and make amazing memories..... You never know what miracle is around the corner.

a huge hug for you and your family. I don't think I can say much more than anyone else here because there are no words that can make you feel better. We are all thinking of you and has been said so many times before, we are here for you rant rave cry and scream with.

I suffer with chemo brain too girls, and i am sure it shows sometimes in my messages. I have no eyelashes on one eye now and will have to try the false later. i am dreading the application process with shaking hands but if it is a disaster, i promise to send you some funny pics. not feeling too bad after chemo yesterday, funny how we react so differently to it.
My love to you all, there seems to be such a mixture of emotions on here this time that i have come to say hi. The ups and downs of life certainly like to hit us lot here. At least we have each other, and as always when I come to catch up on the news, the depth of peoples warmth and compassion never ceases to amaze me, and neither does the strength, courage and bravery to carry on regardless whilst still sharing and helping others.
Don't talk to me about chemo brain....I find myself staring out of my window blankly and before I know it 10 minutes have gone past...I also forget things so easily...
