  • Hi Shents,

Thanks for that.  I thought being told 14 months ago that I had breast cancer would be bad enough but today has to have been THE worst day of my life so far.  Watching my granddaughter playing, oblivious to what is happening and seeing my son and my granddaughters mum fall to pieces. If I could turn back that damd clock!!!!  My son and I have spent the evening telling close family. On top of this I neglected to mention my dad was taken into hospital two weeks ago and at the time it looked like he wouldn't be coming home.  My head is spinning! I just felt I needed to talk to some friendly faces.

  • I am so sorry you have had such terriable news .She is in my prayers and if she is anything like her grandmother she will be made of strong stuff.

  • Hi Patricia I have just come on totalk about the week I'v had but its nothing compared to what yoiu must be going through at the moment. All I can offer you is my thoughts and prayers and like everyone try to take one day at a time and lookafter yourself as much as you can because knowing the sort of person you seem to be you will want to be there for your family. Much love and abig hug sent to you.

Keep us up to date if you can but in the meantime you know we are here

    Love Lou

  • Happy birthday for tomorrow, make it a good one !!!!

I think creams are ok,waxing may be a bit iffy because it could leave the area sore and open to infection which is why you shouldnt shave in case you nick the skin and the infection could set up lymphodema.Electric razors are Ok though.

Hope you have a lovely time.

You must be devasted, as must be your son and his wife

The only advice I can offer is... love her a little more each day.... make the most of every second with her..... and take hundreds of photo's and make amazing memories..... You never know what miracle is around the corner.

We are all here for you honey... when ever you need us

You and yours are in my heart and in my prayers.

    Love always
