having a horrible day

Im now stage 4 incurable bone cancer and awaiting to see an oncolagist to see what treatment might be available but today for some reason im all at sea .

How long do i have left how will my wife cope all those type of things facing up to possibly dieing its my birthday tomorrow 59 and i feel as low as you can get.

Sorry for the moan i just need to let it all out,

    I'm sorry to hear that yesterday was a real struggle for you. I hope that you and your wife have been able to celebrate your birthday today, even if only in some small way. 

    It's understandable that you will both have days where things seem overwhelming, particularly as you're still waiting to see the oncologist to discuss your options. Hopefully you won't have to wait too much longer and they will be able to give you some positive news. 

    Don't forget that if either you or your wife want to talk with someone we have a team of nurses available to chat with. They're available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm on 0808 800 4040.

    i will i spoke to vikki my macmillan nurse today and that was a positive chat so i can call anytime i need to.
