having a horrible day

Im now stage 4 incurable bone cancer and awaiting to see an oncolagist to see what treatment might be available but today for some reason im all at sea .

How long do i have left how will my wife cope all those type of things facing up to possibly dieing its my birthday tomorrow 59 and i feel as low as you can get.

Sorry for the moan i just need to let it all out,

    Feeling lost at sea seems a MORE than natural reaction in your circumstances.

    I've found this forum through desperation, in a fragile state, hearing people's experiences which resonate with mine (I'm not trying to compare) is somewhat comforting.

    If you ever need someone to moan to (be warned I might moan back) message me.

    Hello Micky , so sorry to read your post , I’m sure it’s perfectly natural to fell overwhelmed at what you are going through . Please consider giving Maggie’s a call , there. you can arrange to go in and have a chat with someone or have a chat over the phone. I think they can arrange counselling too x Sending a hug x
