Im waiting on breast biopsy results, i get them on monday, the waiting is just dreadful, sometimes your gut feeling tells you what you know but this time i just dont know! Anyone feel or felt the same?
A very warm welcome to our forum. I have had 2 bouts of breast cancer in the past 12 years, plus a few false alarms, so I have been through a number of biopsies. All I can say, is that the wait never gets any easier. Most of us would say that this is one of the worst parts of our cancer journey, as thereare so many unknowns and uncertainties.
I am glad to hear that you don't have much longer to wait. Try to keep yourself occupied with other distractions to help the time to pass a little quicker over the weekend.

Although it may not feel reassuring to have a pre-cancerous condition, this is good news. Have you been told when you are likely to have your surgery? I was diagnosed with pure mucinous breast cancer 12 years ago and had a lumpectomy. Unfortunately, I had a second cancer the following year and had a double mastectomy. I have never looked back and still lead a busy and fulfilled life - Hopefully, you will do the same.
It shouldn't be long until you get your HER2 results and know whether or not hormone therapy will be effective. I do hope that it will.

Sadly, not all of those who get good results come back to help reassure 'newbies' on here that we can get good news as well as bad. I think they said about 4-5 weeks after the meeting next week to set up arrangements for the op. Depending on the HER 2. I just want it over really. I am amazed that you have been so much and not only live such a full and happy life, but so full of respect for you for continuing to support others over so much time on here and I have no doubt in the day to day.

It was horrible, the dr wanted an xray first then i got the biopsies taken and another clip put in, then another mammogram i went and saw the dr who said at the moment where it is is a mystery, she is hopeful that it still is a radial scar but will have to be removed if it is, if its not and the results are benign they are going to leave it alone just now, so basically my results on Monday were fine as they werent as close to where they needed to be, so results on the 27th, im a bit low tonight, getting sore, tired, *** off,
