Hi Morells, I had the same concern as lockdown was announced the day before I was due to go to the Breast Clinic appt (my appt was yesterday on 5 Jan) - it was all running as normal and staff were of the view it was 'business as normal'. I had my assessment appt as planned yesterday have already received an appt for my biopsy results which is end of next week. Good luck. x

My wife has appointment 21st checked yesterday told go in so looks like things are virtually as normal were in North Lincolnshire.

Hi Morrels,

It is normal for most of us to get an urgent referral to the breast clinic. This usually means that you will be seen within 2 weeks, although  with the current pandemic, it is taking a little longer in some parts of the country. Try to keep yourself busy meanwhile. This helps to distract from the wait. This is always an anxious time, but you will feel better once you know what you are dealing with. I hope that all turns out well for you.
