Hi there.i was diagnosed late Dec with grade 2 tumour in my breast with another area same breast with precancer cells.I was advised to have full mastectomy with setinal node biopsy.This was carried out on 2 nd Feb. I was thankfully told the nodes were clear.I can honestly say ive had no pain and no problems since the surgery.i have had a prothesis fitted.I go on Friday to see the oncologist to see if I need chemo or radiotherapy.Fingers crossed I wont need more treatment.I will be having reconstruction later in the year.All the best with your op, the thought is worse than the deed! X
