Hi guys, so I was diagnosed in oct25 and was operated on on the 11th of November.  15 hr surgery,  which has left me almost half a person. Total ear removal, part of skull and jawbone removed. 57 lymph nodes removed. Complete cheeck removal. Muscle, nerves and tendons in neck and shoulder removed. This has resulted in right eye practically useless, fight ear gone, complet paralysis of the right side of my face, neck and shoulder. So it was pretty brutal.  I've now got 10 of 33 radiotherapy sessions left. Unfortunately,  it's highest dose possible. At the moment I feel like I'm dying literally but I know I'm luck that within a month I should be half way normal.  Anyway that's me .nice to meet you
