This horrific disease takes over everything.  Its the last thing you think of before sleep...when you can sleep...its the first thing you think of when you waken. 

Mornings are the worse just one thing can set it off 

I think cancer can be a lonely place 

Unless you have it you cant imagine the trauma it causes.  I feel no one understands at all.  

I use to have a lovely busy life but I can’t do what I used to do 

I’m thinking about looking into volunteering but I fall asleep a lot so that won’t be very good 

No one understands it’s harder as it goes on as people around me disappear 

Well you could do just very minimal hours. I don't know the answer to that really.  I do know the more time I have to think and dwell on the cancer the more I head in a downward spiral.

I have bladder cancer but I am waiting to have my bladder removed.  I also have other symptoms which make me think I have lymphoma but that hasnt been diagnosed as yet.  I have been waiting for 6 months from the day I first went to GP.  I cry on a daily basis but I do know my mind runs riot with every pain I have I think its spread.  I know bladder removal is a big op and I am 68 years old with not the best set of lungs :-(.   I just have to leave it in the hands of the docs.  

It’s hard when you sit and think about it all I hope you are ok x

I hope the New Year brings you better health and peace of mind.  

Do you have family to lean on?  Of course we try to protect those close to us.

I feel health wise the prospect with me it isn't great , if I could get peace of mind.  Weird how when I heard of someone with cancer I thought how horrible it must be for them but to be honest I really didn't have a clue.  My heart goes out to you and the countless other who have had this cross to bear for years.
