I started Chemo on 1st December I know everyone reacts differently but I wondered if there is a pattern with regard to starting to have side effects i.e. sickness/nausea. Is it within days or half way through 1st 4 week period or does it happen when on 2nd Chemo treatment.

Also the plan is to have 4 months of Chemo injections and drugs at hospital and at home, then to go into hospital (bedsit in hospital grounds) for a month and have intensive chemo and Stem cell treatment.  Could someone who has been through this give an idea of what to expect during and afterwards when back home. It sounds quite scary and lonely. Are visitors allowed bearing in mind infection control.
